My name is Kathleen McClellan. The students call me Nurse Kitty. This is my fourth year at David Youree and eighth year as a Rutherford County School nurse. I have been a registered nurse for over 17 years. My nursing background includes surgical services, medical/surgical nursing, and PACU. I have my master's degree in nursing.
I am excited to be here with your child this year. I look forward to teaching them healthy habits and working with our team at David Youree to keep them safe.

Immunizations and physical exams
- All NEW RCS Students (Pre-K, Kindergarten, Out-of-State, transfers from private schools/home schools) are required to submit proof of current, up to date immunizations prior to registration. These must be submitted on the required TN Dept. of Health Immunization form.
- All New RCS Students are required to provide proof of a physical/well child visit dated within the past year. The physical must be submitted within 30 days of registration.
